The Orchard Hotel offers a University of Nottingham alumni discount, which is currently around 25%. Please note that alumni discounts are reviewed each summer and may change, so any booking made now would initially be at the advertised rate, with the alumni discount applied later following the annual review. Credit card details are needed upon reservation; payment is taken on arrival.
To obtain an alumni discount code, you will need to email the University alumni office with:
Your name whilst at university
Subject studied
Year of graduation
They will reply with a discount code. You then need to forward that email trail to the Orchard Hotel when making your booking. I am told room availability is currently good, but as the process requires an email exchange with the alumni office, it might be advisable to book soon.
I appreciate this is not the most straightforward process, and of course there are other accommodation options available in Nottingham, including a Travelodge at nearby Wollaton Park, as well as many other hotels across the city.
