We have chosen The Orchard Hotel for this event because it is located on campus a short walk from Willoughby Hall (now sadly closed)

8 September update - Orchard Hotel now has limited availability
The hotel offers a University of Nottingham alumni discount, which is currently around 25%. Credit card details are needed upon reservation; payment is taken on arrival.
To obtain an alumni discount code, you will need to email the University alumni office (alumni@nottingham.ac.uk) with:
Your name whilst at university
Subject studied
Year of graduation
They will reply with a discount code. You then need to forward that email trail to the Orchard Hotel when making your booking. I am told room availability is currently good, but as the process requires an email exchange with the alumni office, it might be advisable to book soon if you haven't already
There are other accommodation options available in Nottingham, including a Travelodge at nearby Wollaton Park, as well as many other hotels across the city.
